How It Works
At HEYDA, we prioritize client satisfaction and strive to create a comfortable, welcoming environment We encourage clients to contact us to discuss about the artworks, our services, etc.
Step 1 : Place Order
Portrait & Personalize Artwork
Client starts by choosing the specifications. e.g. number of people, style, dimensions, and then makes the payment by credit cards. Next, Client receive the order confirmation via email and then send photo(s) of the people/landscapes/animals or the paintings, which will be painted, with “Order confirmation number” to us via Contact or email art@heyda.ca.
Masterpiece Recreation
Client starts by choosing the artwork and its dimensions, and then makes the payment by credit cards. Next, Client receive the order confirmation via email.
Note
- To create paintings that are able to meet client expectations, we suggest our clients send good quality photos, which are large sizes and the main details are easy to see.
- If your favorable paintings or dimensions are not available in our collection. Please contact us via Contact or our email: art@heyda.ca.
Step 2 : Select Prototype / Mock-up
Portrait & Personalize Artwork
Within 1 to 3 days after placing the order and send us the photos, our graphic designer creates 1 to 3 digital prototypes of the artwork and email them to Client for approval.

Masterpiece Recreation
Within 1 to 3 days after placing the order, our graphic designer creates a digital prototype of the artwork according to the specifications and email it to Client for approval.
Client approves a digital prototype or requests reasonable modifications.


Step 3 : Create Artwork
After receiving Client approval, our painter begins to make the artworks according to the approved prototype for Portrait & Photo to painting or to the sample in our Collection.
Step 4 : Approve Artwork
Once a painting is completed, we will take photos of the painting and send it to client for approval. Client will approve or request reasonable modifications.
After receiving the client approval, we will put the artworks into a natural drying process.


Step 5 : Receive & Enjoy
Once the artworks are ready for delivery, we will process a shipment via Canada Post, Purolator, UPS. Client will receive an email with a delivery tracking number, making it easy to track the progress online. Finally, the order will arrive to destination.

We work with several trusted logistic services to bring you worldwide shipping


Packaging
To ensure the artworks arriving to clients in perfect condition, we use double-box packing method for packaging.
First, each dried painting is covered by a layer of paper to protect the painted surface and then safely rolled up into one roll.
Next, the rolled paintings is covered by hard paper and put into a cardboard box for extra protection.
Delivery
All artworks are delivered by reliable logistic services such as UPS, Canada Post, Purolator, etc.
Once the artworks shipped, clients will receive an email with the tracking number, making it easy to track the progress online.
Finally, the order will arrive to destination within an expected duration for shipping as follow:
- Inside Canada : 1 to 3 weeks
- US / Mexico : 2 to 4 weeks
- Other countries : 3 to 5 weeks

- Canada : CA$20 per order
- International : CA$30 per order
