DEFINE YOUR VISION

Begin your artistic journey by sharing your ideas and photos via email to art@heyda.ca or by booking a consultation. To ensure total alignment, we utilize a three-point framework to define the essence of your project:

  • Theme: The emotional core (e.g., Joy, Autumnal, Neutral tones, Cultural motifs).

  • Background: Whether keeping the original setting, replacing it, or enhancing the atmosphere.

  • Style: Selecting the artistic lens (e.g., Impressionism, Abstract, Classical Realism).

 

Following this analysis, we provide a Project Blueprint detailing the Style, Tone, and Medium tailored to your vision.

 

Note: Reference photos should be high-resolution with clear details to ensure the highest quality result.

DESIGN YOUR PROTOTYPE

Confirm your project with a payment to unlock the design phase. Within three days, we develop one to three custom prototypes/mock-ups. We typically present the first two concepts initially, reserving the final version for adjustments based on your feedback.

 

Note: If the final concept does not meet your expectations, we will process a refund minus the Design Fee as outlined in our Returns x Refunds policy.

PROCESS YOUR PROJECT

Once your prototype is approved, a designated master painter begins your artwork. Following traditional atelier methods, each piece is hand-painted in multiple layers. This meticulous approach requires a 3–6 week creation period to allow for proper layering and artistic depth.

APPROVE YOUR ARTWORK

Upon completion, we share a high-resolution preview for your review. You may approve the work as-is or request reasonable modifications. Once final approval is received, the painting enters a natural drying period of 1–3 weeks to ensure the structural integrity and longevity of the medium.

 

Note: We offer up to two rounds of refinements. If adjustments are requested, we will polish the artwork and provide a revised preview within one week for your re-approval. In the rare event that the final result does not meet the standards agreed upon in our Terms x Conditions, we will process a full refund (minus the Design Fee).

ENJOY YOUR CREATION

Your finished masterpiece is securely packaged and shipped via Canada Post, Purolator, or UPS. You will receive a real-time tracking number via email. Your one-of-a-kind artwork arrives ready to elevate your space and build your personal legacy.

PACKAGING

To ensure the structural integrity of the canvas during long-distance transit, we utilize a Double-Layer Protection method:

  • Layer 1: The dried painting surface is protected by protective paper and safely rolled.

  • Layer 2: The roll is encased in a high-impact, hard-shell tube, which is then placed inside a secondary reinforced shipping box for maximum security.

This dual-barrier system provides the highest level of impact resistance, guaranteeing your masterpiece arrives in pristine condition.

SHIPMENT

We partner with leading global logistics providers—including UPS, Canada Post, and Purolator—to ensure a safe and reliable journey. Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a real-time tracking number.

  • Within Canada: 1 to 3 weeks

  • USA x Mexico: 2 to 4 weeks

  • International: 3 to 5 weeks

  • International: CA$55 Flat-Rate

 

Tax x Duty x Tariff

International clients serve as the 'Importer of Record.' HEYDA is not responsible for VAT, GST, or regional Trade Tariffs. We recommend consulting your local customs office to estimate these costs prior to arrival.
