- Contact Details: Name, email, and phone number provided via art@heyda.ca, our Inquiry form, consultations, or check-out.
- Project Assets: High-resolution reference photos and your "Three-Point Framework" selections (Theme, Background, Style) shared during communications and project consultations.
- Logistics Data: Physical addresses collected during check-out to facilitate global delivery.
- Financial Data: We do not directly store credit card information. Payments are securely managed by industry-standard processors (e.g., PayPal, Wix Payments) and your financial institutions.
- Cookies: We use cookies to enhance your browsing experience. You may manage these via your browser settings.
2. How we use the collected information
We utilize your data strictly to ensure a seamless collaboration and a refined, client-oriented experience:
- Service Delivery: Contact details are used to manage your project and provide direct support.
- Creative Analysis: Project Assets are analyzed to develop your Project Blueprint. Selected prototypes are shared exclusively with the specialized masters designated to execute your vision.
- Fulfillment: Addresses are shared with global shipping partners (e.g., Canada Post, UPS, Purolator) to deliver your handcrafted artwork.
- Security: Financial data is processed through encrypted gateways to ensure transaction integrity.

We respect your privacy and do not sell your personal information to third-party marketing or data-mining agencies.
- Data Security: We employ encryption and secure servers to safeguard your information. While no digital transmission is 100% secure, we maintain rigorous standards to protect your data.
- Social Connectivity: Interactions via X (@heydainc) or YouTube (@heydaxart) are subject to their respective privacy policies.
- Curated Links: Our site may link to reputable third-party resources (museums, journals, government archives, etc). We are not responsible for their independent privacy practices.
- Children’s Privacy: Our services are not intended for individuals under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

As a client focused on building a Personal Legacy, you have the right to:
